AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE
NO. 2331 ADOPTED BY THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, ON JUNE 25TH, 1923, AND
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING
ORDINANCE ".
BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that.Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by
the Common Council of the City of South Bend on June 25th,
1923, and commonly ]mown as the "Zoning Ordinance ", be
amended as follows:
SECTION 1. That the North Half (1/2) of
the North Half (1/2) of the West Half
(1/2) of Lot Numbered,Eight (8) in Edward
Sorin's First Additibn to the Town of Lowell,
now City of South Bend, - Indiana, be and the
same is hereby changed to "C" Commercial
District and "E" Height and Area District]
and subjecting said territory to the
provisions of said Zoning Ordinance and to
all the regulations "thereto relating.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from. and after its passage
and legal publication.
