SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1.. That Ordinance Number 2331 adopted by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the
25th day of June, 1923 and commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended insofar as
it applies to the following described property, in the.
following particulars as specified, to -wit:
Lots numbered Ninety -seven (97), Ninety -eight
(98) and Ninety -nine (99) in Fordham Addition to
the City of South Bend and Lots numbered Three
Hundred Sixty -one (3611, Three Hundred Sixty -
two (362), Three Hundred Sixty -three (363), Three
Hundred Sixty -four (364), Three Hundred Sixty-
five (365) and Three Hundred Sixty -six (366)
Colonial Gardens Addition to the City of South Bend,
are hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Commercial" and
from "A Height and Area" to "D Height and Area ", and shall
henceforth be in "C Commercial" and "D Height and Area"
classification under and pursuant to said Ordinance Number
2331.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be
