AN ORDINANCE AM77NDING ORDINANCE NO 2331',
COMMONLY KNOWN AS TGIF, ZONING ORDINANCE
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1
That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, 1923;
and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows, to wit
That the property situate in the City of South Bend,
Indiana, and described as follows, to wit:
Lots Numbered Four (4), Five (5) and
Twelve (12), as shown on the recorded
plat of Kemblers Addition to the Town
of Myler, now within and a part of
the City of South Bend,
be and the same is hereby changed from Class "B" Residential and
Glass "B" Height and Area, to "C" Commercial District and "D"
Height and Area.
No other provision save and except as to the tract
herein bounded and described shall.be changed hereby.
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and legal publication.
