AN ORDINANCE p2,1ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331,
CojvZtJOHLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on `1
the 25th day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows, to wit:
That the property situated in the City of
South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows, to wit:
All that -prope-r-ty bounded on the north
by Ewing Avenue, on the east by South
Lafayette S eet, and South Lafayette
Street produced, on the south- easterly
side by the right of way of the Pennsylvania
Railroad, on the west by the west line of
Section 24, T370, RM ,
be and the same is hereby changed from "D" light indus-
trial and "E" height and area districts to "Et* heavy
industrial and "F" height and area districts.
No other provision save and except as to the
tract herein bounded and described shall be changed hereby.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication.
