BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C011 .70N COUNCIL O F "'E C I F'Y OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIIAM:
SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day
of June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and
the same is hereby amended insofar as it applies to the following
described pro;gerty located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, in
t:e following particulars as specified, to -wit:
Lots numbered Eight (8), Nine (9) and Twelve (12)
Parry's First Addition to the City of South Bend,
are hereby changed from "B" Residence to "C" Commercial and from
"B" Height and Area to "D" Height and Area, and shall henceforth
be in "C" Commercial and "D" Height and Area classification under
and pursuant to said Ordinance Number 2331.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from end after its passage and legal publication.
