ORDINANCE NO. 1� '141
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 2331, C004ONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1
That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend on the 25th day of June,
1923., and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the
same is hereby amended in so far as it applies to the property
located in the City of South Bend, hereinafter set forth, in
the following, to wit:
The area bounded on the north by
Ewing Avenue, on the south by Eckman Street,
on the west by the Pennsylvania Railroad right-
of -way, and on the east by South Main Street;
be and is hereby changed from "D" Light Industrial, to "E"
Heavy Industrial, and shall henceforth be an "E" Heavy Industrial
classification under Ordinance No. 2331.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and legal publication.
