BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th
day of June, 1923, and commonly :mown as the Zoning Ordinance,
be and the same is hereby amended in so far as it applies to
the property hereinafter set forth in the following, to -wit:
That property located in the City of South
Bend, Indiana, and being on the south side of
Lincoln Highway,.starting at Western City limite,
extending East to first highway that turns south
off Lincoln Highway and having a depth of 120 feet,
be changed from "B Residential" to "G Commercial" and from
"A Height and Area" to "E Height and Area" and shall hence-
forth be in "C Commercial" and "E Height and Area" classifi-
cation under and pursuant to said ordinance #2331.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from ancf after its passage and legal publication.
