BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION•1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the.
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indic -na on the 25th
day of June, 1923, and commonly _,nown as the Zoning; Ordinance,
be ,nd the same is hereby amended insofar as it applies to the
following described property in the City of South Bend, Indiana,
in the following particulars as specified, to -;rit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot No. 8 of the
South Bend City Addition to the 1,ity of South Bend,
Indiana, �'t the intersection of Garst and Id:ichir an
Streets and thence North to the intersection of Sample
and Michi,;an Streets; thence •wrest to the alley midway
between T,�ichiga.n and 13ain Streets and parallel thereto;
thence south to the :_,outhwest corner of Lot No. 8 gbove
said, at the inte-rsection of Garst Street and said
alley, thence _rasp to the place of be,;innin,
is hereby changed from I'E Height and '.rea" to "F Height and
Area ", and shall henceforth be in "F Heiht and Area" classi-
