BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. THAT ordinance 2331 adopted by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, June 25, 1923,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is
hereby amended insofar as it applies to the use of the follow-
ing described property, to -wit
Lot No. 26 in Leeper Second
• Addition to the City of South
Bend, Indiana
which is hereby changed from n"Arc,,Residential use, to "CtP Commer-
cial use classification under a nd`�ursuant to said Ordinance
No. 2331.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from �Lnd after its passage and legal publication.
