ORDINANCE NO. ;2 917
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1
That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, 1923,
and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows, to wit:
That the property situate in the City of South Bend,
Indiana, and described as follows, to wit:
Lots Numbered One (1) and Two (2) in
Mayr's Vistula Avenue Addition; and
Lots Numbered One Hundred Seventy -eight
(178) and One Hundred Seventy -nine (179),
Second Plat of Roseland Addition; and
Lots Numbered Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15) Sixteen (16) Seventeen (17),
Eighteen (181, Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20),
in the South Side Addition, as platted by
the Fidelity Land Company,
be and the same is hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Com-
mercial" and "A Height and Area" to "D Height and Area."
No other provision save and except as to the tract here
bounded and described shall be changed hereby.
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
after its passage and legal puh ication.
