BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the city of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. That the zoning on Lots numbered 4, 5 and 6
in Seeberger's Michigan Street Addition to the city of South Bend,
and n" height and area, to "B" use
,Indiana, be changed from "C" use
""and "B" height and area.
Section 2. That the property lying within an area bounded

.'-by California Avenue on the north, Blaine Avenue on the west, Van Buren
"btreet on the south, and on the east by an alley running north and south
between California Avenue and Van Buren Street, which alley lies between
and runs parallel with Harrison Avenue and Cottage Grove Avenue, be
changed from "A" residence district to "B" residence district, in accord-
ance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2331,
Section 3. That this ordinance be in full force and effect
from and after its enactment dnd approval by the Mayor.
