AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $50.00
FROM THE ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED AS B -14 A IN THIS
CITY'S LEDGER OF DISBURSEMENTS, BEING FURTHER.
IDENTIFIED AS THE CONTINGENCY FUND IN THE
APPROPRIATION FOR THE COMPTROLLER'S OFFICE
TO THE ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED AS )t-4 IN THE CITY'S
LEDGER OF DISBURSEMENTS? BEING FURTHER IDEN-
TIFIED AS THE POSTAGE FUND IN THE APPROPRIA-
TION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
CHARITIES AND APPROPRIATING THE SAID SUM FCR
USE IN THE PURCHASE OF POSTAGE STAMPS.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the city
of South B end> Indiana:
SECTION I. That there be and there is hereby
transferred the sum of fifty ($50.00) dollars from the
account identified as B -14 A in the city's ledger of dia-
bursementst being further identified as the Contingency
Fund in the appropriation for the Comptroller's office
to the account identified as T -4 in the City's ledger of
disbursementsp being further identified as the Postage
Fund in the appropriation for the Department of Health
and Charities and appropriating the said sum for use in
the purchase of postage stamps and authorizing the use of
the said amount for the said purpose.
SECTION 11. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council
of the city of South Bend, Indiana, and its signature by
the Mayor.
