AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #2331
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That Ordinance #2331 be amended as
it refers
to Lots #49,
50 and 51
in
Baker and
McHenry's
Addition
to the City of
South Bend
be
changed
at said lots
from "B" residence and "A" height and area districts to "D"
light industrial use and "E" height and area district.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and signature by the
Mayor.
