ORDINANCE # 3236
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING':THE' DESIGNATION 'OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY AS TO IISE AND'HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance #2331 be amended in the following
particulars, to- wit: That all of the remaining portion of Lot #6
except the south 36 feet thereof in Burroughls Subdivision of
Lot #115 State Bank Outlots of the Third Addition of the City of
South Bend be changed from C use and F height and area district
to B use and B height and area district.
SECTION 2. That the south 36 feet of Lot #7 excepting the
west 11 feet thereof in Burrough's Subdivision of Lot 4115 State
Bank Outlots of the Third Addition of the City of South Bend be
changed from B use and B height and area district to C use and
F height and area district.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after passage and legal publication.
