AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE NO.
2331, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BE THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION ONE -
That ordinance No. 2331, adopted by the Com-
mon Council fo the City of South Bend, Indiana on June
25th,1923, and commohly known as Zoning Ordinance, be,
and the same is hereby, amended insofar as it applies
to the property described as follows:,
Lot "A" and Lot Ten (10) in J.
E. Walz Revised Addition to the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
The property so described is hereby changed
from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial District, and to
"E" Height and Area Destrict.
SECTION TWO -
This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication.
