J O 741-, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2331, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH $EISD,INDSANA: SECTION ONE That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of dune, 1923, and commonly Down as Zoning Ordinance, be, and the same is hereby, amended insofar as it applies to the property described as follows: Lots numbered Twenty -eight (28), Twenty -nine (29) and Thirty (30) of Vogt *s Addition to South Bend, Indiana, together with a parcel of unplatted land on the South side of Lincoln Way West, extending from the alley next West of Kentucky Street to Iowa Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana; thus, comprising the frontage on the South side of Lincoln Way West between Kentucky Street and Iowa Street in the City cf South Bend, Indiana. .
