RESOLUTION NO. 1603 -88
A RESOLUTION CLOSING VARIOUS PROJECTS
WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD
AND STREET FUND
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend through the
Department of Public Works has completed several projects within
the Local Road and Street Fund. It has been determined that
monies previously appropriated for these projects were higher
than necessary. Deductions in appropriations must be made to
close out the completed projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. Appropriations for the following
projects are hereby decreased for the purpose of closing out
said projects.
