BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars
($1500.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department of Public
Health of said City for Food Supplies, being T -9.

SECTION 2. That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department of Public Health of
said City for Coal Supplies, being T -10.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication and hearing
and approval by the Mayor.
