BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL:OF THE CITrr OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Five Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($5100.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department
of Public Safety of said City for equipment, P -16, including the
Purchase of an ambulance and extras, two (2) motorcycles and two
(2) side -cars.
SECTION 2.. This ordinance.shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication and hearing
and approval by the Mayor.
