ORDINANCE NO. 20 OF ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY TES COV11ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIAPTA_: SECTION 1. That Section 20 of Ordinance 2653 as amended by Ordinance 2666, commonly known as the Traffic Ordinance, be amended to read as follows: SECTION 20. Parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times on the streets and bridges or any portions thereof, described as follows: Center Street, from Michigan Street to Main Street. Polk Street, from LaSalle Avenue to Western Avenue. LaSalle Avenue on the South Side from Main Street to the first alley "lest of Lafayette Boulevard and on the North side from Lafayette Boulevard to the first alley West of Lafayette Boulevard. Florine Court. Wilber Street, from LaPorte Avenue to Lincoln Way west. LaPorte Avenue, west side, from Washington Avenue to Wilber Street. Sample Street, south side, from Lafayette Boulevard to the west end of Sample street bridge. Taylor Street, east side, from slashington Avenue to Lincoln Way (lest. Fellow Street, east side, from New York Central Tracks to Ewing Avenue. Franklin Street, east side, from Sale Street to Indiana Avenue. Eddy Street, east side, from Jefferson Boulevard to South Bend Avenue. Division Street, north side, from Taylor Street to Laurel Street. Scott Street, east side, from Colfax Avenue to Lincoln Flay ;'lest. Olive Street, crest side, from Huron Street to Grace Street. Tutt Street, north side, from Michigan Street to eastern terminus of Tutt Street. Lafayette Boulevard, east side, from Bartlett Street to Riverside Drive. On any river bridge within the city. All traffic on Leland Avenue and Riverside Drive from the intersection with California Avenue to and including the turn northwest on Riverside Drive shall slow down, and the Board of Safety is directed to erect and maintain Caution Signs at such points. SECTION 2.' Every person convicted of the violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished in the sam manner as is now provided by the ordinance as amended, to -wit: By a fine of not more than Twenty -five Dollars 025.00), and for any second or sub- sequent offense committed within one year after the first conviction, by a fine of not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Fifty Dollars (:50.00), to which may be added imprisonment in the County jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. The foregoing section shall be considered a part of and in force, pursuant to ordinance 2653, above said. SECTION 3.
