AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SM,F OF TIlv'E'NTY EIGHT THOU 'AND EIGHT
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (.$28,850.00) FROM THE CF1\TL'RAL FUND TO
THE STREET ^STn ALLEY DEPAR771- \7 AND TIC STREET REPAIR DEPARTP; JI'
FOR TIDE PURPOSE OF THE Prf,'ENT OF SALARIES IN SAID DEPARTMENTS
AND OTHER EXPENSES IN SAID DEPA_RTKEEWTS.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION I. That the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars 010,000.00) be and
the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, to the Street Department for tine payment of
pay rolls in said Department, known as Appropriation No.I -I.
Section 2. That the sxm of Three Hundred Dollars (0300.00) be and
the same is hereby appropriated .Prom the General Fund of the City
of South Bond, Indiana, to_ Department for the repair of
equipment in said department knows Appropriation No.I -3A.
Section 3. That the sum of Fi1'tee ° u red Dollars (1,500.00) be and
he same is hereby appropriated f_ he General Fund of the City of
South end, Indiana, to the Stree�-'elxirtment for the purchase of
gasoline in said Department, known as appropriation No.I -5.
Section 4, That the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) be and
the some is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, to the Street Department for the payment of
Garage and Motor Supplies, known as appropriation No.I -8.
Section 5. That the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars (2,500.00) be and
the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, to the Street Department for the purchase of
two trucks, known as appropriation No.1 -I5.

Section 6. That the sum of Fourteen ThousandADollars (0149000,00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Street Repair Department for the
payment of pay rolls in said Departme nt, known as Appropriation No.
J -1.
Section 7. That the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Id ollars (1250.00)
be and the some is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Pend, Indiana, to Street Repair Department for the
purchase of oil for that Department, known as Appropriation No.
J -7.
Section 8. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage after legal hearing and publication.
