DOLLARS ($5000.00) FROI TH'. 3FNMAL "UT ?D OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDI =ANA, TO THE FINANCE
DEPART?ENT OF SAID CITY FOR CLERKS' SALARIES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION i. That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00)
be and the same is' hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Finance Department of said City
for Clerks' salaries in said Department, being classification B 3.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its VAxZZ=zftx=legal publication, hearing,
passage and approval by the TAyor.
