Section 1. That the public street in the City of South
Bend, Indiana, hitherto named Division Street, and known and
referred to as such, be renamed 'restern Avenue, and be hence-
forth kno1m and referred to as .estern Avenue.
SEC'-'IObT 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
