SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted on the 25th
day of June, 1923, and known as the Zoning Ordinance, be amended
insofar as it applies to the following described property, in the
following particulars as specified; to -wit:
Lots numbered - Nienty -eight (28), Twenty-nine
(29), Thirty (30) and Thirty -one (31) in
Burrough's Sub- division to the City of South
Bend, and
Lots numbered One (1) and Two (2) in Keller's
Sub - division to the City of South Bend, Indiana,
be and is hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Cormercial",
and from "B Height and 1healf to "E ::;eight and Areal district,
and said property shall henceforth be in "C Commercial" and
"E Height and Area" classification, under and pursuant to said
ordinance number 2331.
SECTIOI? 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and legal publication.
