'` U 0 -AN ORDNANCE APPROPR G THE SUM OF TH E THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN,,SIXTY FIVE CENi�,787.65) FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUB C w0 RKS FOR MM PURPOSE OF PAYING RENTAL ON A MUNICIPAL PARKING GROUND AND CONDITIONING SAME. BE IT ORDAINED by the Cohmon Council of the City of South B end , Indiana, SECTION I. That the sum of Two thousand one hundred and sixty six dollars and sixty -five eentsC,lOJ66.65) be and the smme is hereby appropriated from the General Furl to the Department of Public Forks to be used by said Department for the purpose of paying rental for a Municipal Parking Ground, SECTION II. That the sum of One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty One Collars and no cents ($I62L00) be and the sane is hereby appropriated from the General fund to the Department of Public Works to be used by said Department for the purpose of putting a Municipal Parking Ground in condition for use as a parking ground.
