ORDINANCE NO. � S 63
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SMT OF $6800.0
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMLON COUNCIL of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the sum of { 'P6800.00} Six Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Board of
Public Safety of said City* for the installation and /or replace-
ment of Traffic Signals on the public streets in said City, and
also for the installation of five Fire Alarm Boxes in said City
being Appropriation No. S -9 -A.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication and
hearing and approval by the Mayor.
