ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
MUM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COI4MON COUNCIL OF TIC CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the general
fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Finance Department
of the City of South Bend, Indiana for the purpose of paying that
part of the cost in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars (n5000.00)
for the pavement and improvement of Kline Street from Lincoln Way
East to Ewing Avenue, to be borne by the City of South Bend in
Improvement number 2457 under Improvement Resolution 2254 of the
Board of Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its legal publicatio��f hearing and passage.
