ORDINANCE NO. v2 rsf
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COn11MON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Dollars
($480.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
general fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the
Judicial Department of said City for the transportation of
the Probation Officer from the lst day of May to the end of
the current year, at the rate of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per
month.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication and
hearing and approval by the Mayor.
