ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INCIIANA, and THE RICHARD
R. KUEHN COMPANY,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of theCity of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1 That the contract made and entered into #ha by
and between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and t]mugh
its Board of Public Safety with Richard R. Kuehn Company a copy
of which contract is attached hereto be, and the same is in all
things ratified confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
