AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING A CERTAIN C014TRACT BET'V-E N THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND THE SISTERS OF THE HOLY CROSS HOSPITAL
ASSOCIATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMION COUNCIL OF TH]L CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1. That a certain contract between the City of South Bend,
Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Health, and the Sisters
of the Holy Cross Hospital Association, dated April 14, 1930, be
and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
