RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE SOUTH
BEND HOUSING AUTHORITY TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR 1200 SECTION 8 CERTIFICATES/
VOUCHERS TO REPLACE THE UNITS UNDER THE HOUSING
ALLOWANCE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, The South Bend Housing Authority is the applicant for a
grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development;
and
