A RESOLUTION CLOSING PROJECT CS816
BOWMAN CREEK SEWER PROJECT
WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING
AND SINKING FUND
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend through the
Department of Public Works has completed project CS816, Bowman
Creek Sewer within the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund. It has been determined that monies previously
appropriated for this project were higher than necessary.
Deductions in appropriations must be made to close out the
completed project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. Appropriation for the Bowman Creek Sewer
Project is hereby decreased for the purpose of closing out said
project.

Total Reduction $ 46,603.58
SECTION II. That this resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common
Council and approval by the Mayor.
