AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY TWO HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($4,200.00) from the GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA TO THE DEPARrM'1E T OF PUBLIC XRKS
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH' BIND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COIWON COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
IND IANA :
SECTION I. That the sum of Forty -two hundred Dollars
($4,200.00) be, and the same is hereby, appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department
of Public Works, Appropriation No.H -I8, for the payment of the
repairing of Michigan Street, Monroe Street and Crescent Street
Sewers.
SECTION II. That this ordinance be in full force and effect
from and after it'.Sa passage and legal publication.
