AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUP;: OF THIRTYNINE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($3900.00) FROM TYIE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO THE DEPARTIENT OF PUBLIC WOFKS
FOR IT'S STREET AND ALLEY DEPARMTNT OF TIE, CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PAAYiMT OF BVO GRADERS
FOR SAID STREET AND ALLEY DEPARTtuM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE COP,I,RON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
IND IAN
SECTION I. That the sum of Thirty -nine hundred dollars ($3900.00)
be, and the same is hereby, appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of Public works for it's
Street and Alley Department of the said City of South Bend, Appropriation
No.I -I5, for the payment of two graders in said Department.
SECTION II. That this Ordinance shall be in fall force and effect
from and after it(s passage and. approval by the Pdgyor.
