An Ordinanoe prcfiding for the disbursement of the
monies received by the city of South .Send from
the State of Indiana from the gasoline Tax,
Sootion 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, that all monies received by the City
of South Bond, Indiana from the State of Indiana from the
proceeds of gasoline tau shall be deposited to the account
of the Board of Public Works of said City to be used by said
Board in the maintenance and repair of streets and bridges
rd.thin the corporate limits of said City. The said Board shall
give preference to State thoroughfares through the City in the use
of said funds but next to the maintenance and repair -nd upkeep
of said main thoroughfares shall use the balance of said
funds upon the streets and highymys of said City in such
places" and at such times as may seem necessary to said
Board of Public Works.
