DEPARMTENT OF SAID CITY, SUB -HEAD B -8A FOR PAY -
h TT OF LEGAL ADVERTISING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C017YON COUNCIL OF TIT.° CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Thirty -four Hundred Dollars
($3400.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Finance Department,
Sub -head B -8A, with which to pay for legal notice and list of sale
of real estate delinquent under the Barrett Law and cash plan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication and hearing
and approval by the N.iayor,
