AND PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF SOUTH hMTD, INDIANA, entered

Be it ordained by the Coiknon Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION I. That a ra ct dated June I7th. , I930, by and between
the Nunicip�al City of "buth Bend, Indiana, by end through its Board
of Public 'orks and the Indiana and n'iichigan Electric Company, a cor-
poration, for the erection and establishment of a street lighting
system and the maintenance thereof on certain Streets, alleys, Boulevards
and Public Places in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and is hereby
ratified, confirmed and epprovod in all respects.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and. after its passage nd approval by the Mayor.
