BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1.
That Section One of Ordinance 2429, passed by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, September 22, 19242
approved by the Mayor, September 24, 1924, be amended to read
as follows:
Section 1. The New York Central Railroad Company
is here y required to erect and maintain gates
and some suitable person to operate same between
the hours of Six A. M. and Ten F. M. on each day
of the week, at the intersection of their right -
of -way and each of the following me s reets in
the City of South Bend, to -wit: ,aroiine,
Robinson and Ernsberger.
SECTION 2_
Any violation of the foregoing provisions shall be
punishable pursuant to Section Two of said Ordinance 2429, to -wit:
By a fine of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than
One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and each day's violation thereof
shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and legal publication.
