AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE NEW YORK CENTRAL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIAN1A.:
SECTION 1. That the New York Central Railroad Company be
and it is hereby required to maintain a watchman at the crossing
of its tracks with Twyckenham Drive in the City of South Bend,
Indiana between the hours of Seven A. M. and Nine A. M., Eleven
A. M. and One- thirty P. M. and Three P. M. and Four - thirty P. M.
on school days.
SECTION 2. Any violation of any of the foregoing provisions
of this ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor, more than One Hundred 0100.00) Dollars
and each day's violation thereof shall constitute a separate
and distinct offense.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication.
