BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C01111ON COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred Seventy -five
Dollars (175.00) hitherto appropriated to the Department of
Public Safety for stenographic help be transferred to the
Fund for the purchase of General M- aterials for the Electrical
Department of said Department of 4PUblic Safety.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars (0500.00)
hither -to 4ppropriated to the De "artment of Public Safety for
'a
Food Supplies of City Dog Pound be transferred to and for the
purchase of General Materials for the Electrical Department of
said Department of Public Safety.
SECTION 39 That the sum of Fifty Dollars (50.00) hither-
to appropriated to the Department of Public Safety for the
purchase of Food Supplies for its Dog Pound be transferred to
Salaries for said Dog Pound.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force from and
after its legal ^"" passage by the Common 6ounci 1
and approval by the Mayor.
