ORDINANCE 160,
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY
AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THROUGH
ITS BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY WITH SCHERMAN- SCHAUS-
FREEMAN COMPANY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR ITS FIRE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CT''1T OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:.
SECTION 1. That the contract entered into by and
between the City of South Bend through its Board of Public Safety
and Scherman- Sehaus- Freeman Company of South Bend, Indiana, for
the purehase of a Chassis for the Fire Department of said City,
a copy of which contract is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, be and is hereby approved.
