AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY
AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THROUGH
ITS BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY WITH PETER PIRSCH AND
SONS COMPANY OF KENOSHA, WISCONSIN, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR ITS FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 19 That the contract hitherto entered into by
and between the City of South Bend through its Board of Public
Safety -'and Peter Pirsch & Sons Company, Kenosha, Wisconsin, for
the purchase of Fire Apparatus, a copy of which contract is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full f orgee and
effect from and after its passag
