AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM
ONE SUB - DEPARTMENT OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO ANOTHER SUB -
DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
Section 1
x
That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) heretofore
appropriated to the Police Department of the City of South Bend
for expenses in purchasing gasoline, being P -T, be transferred
to Wages Temporary of said department to be used in street
marking, said sub - division being P -1 -B.
Section 2
That the amount of One Thousand Dollars (1,000.00) of
money hitherto appropriated to the said Police Department for
tires and tubes, being P -9, be transferred to said Police Depart-
ment for Wages Temporary to be used in street marking, being
P-1 - B.
Section 3
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor of said city.
