An ordinance Transferring Thirty -Two dollars and fifty cents
(432.50) from the appropriation hitherto made to the City
Clerk for supplies to funds for purchase of equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED b th0ommon Council of the City of
South Bend, Indianaia%tne sum of Thirty -Two Dollars and
fifty cents ($32.50M s hereby transferred from the amount
hitherto appropriated to the City Clerk of the City of South
Bend, for the purchase of.supplies -, to the same office for
the purchase of equipment.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passagecand approval.
