S'lECTION.1. That the New York Central Railroad Company
be and it is hereby required to protect the crossing of its
right-of-way with Lincoln Pay ':lest and Fassnacht Avenue in
the City of South Bend with continuous burning stop - lights
at both crossings, and that such continuous burning stop-
lights be installed at said crossings.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
eff ct from and after its pasggge and approval by the Mayor.
