SO = BEI:D, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Eleven Hundred Seven and
25/100 Dollars (.'71107.25) be and the same is hereby ap-
propriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend
to the Board of Public 'forks of the City of South Bend to
be paid for abstracting and property list in the matter of
the widening of Division Street, now "'estern Avenue, as an
advancement until such time as the proceeding for such
widening; mi -ht be perfected.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the Y ayor.
