INA`dCE' APPROPRIATING THE STM1 OF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 0013'ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, IiTDIA'.'?A :
SECTION 1. That the sum of Twelve Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars 0`12,500.00) be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General ?,und of the City of Sjuth Bend,
Indiana to the Department of Public Safety with which to pay
for the purchase of equipment of the City's fire Department.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its Passage and approval by the t;F�ayor.
