ORDINANCE NO. 9
An Ordinance extending hitman Court
one block North from Wenger Street to
Keasey Street, in the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA.
SECTION 1.' That the Court extending one block North from Wenger
Street to Reasey Street and being a continuation of Whitman Court be
henceforth a part of Whitman Court and designated as Whitman Court with
numbers of houses being a continuation of the numbers of said Whitman
Court as it now is:
SECTION 26' This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Diayor'
