Relative Real Estate Management, Inc. will provide all streets, street lighting, water facilities, sewers, and stormwater drainage facilities throughout the Annexation Area. IV. The additional area will be patroled and serviced by the present complement of officers of the South Bend Police Department. Response times will be comparable to other areas of the City. No degradation of service to existing areas of the City will be experienced due to the nature of the development. Extra patrols are often assigned to the area adjacent to the Annexation Area and will be available to assist in providing police services to the area. These "X" cars are available for patrol services and act as a complement to the normal beat car. The South Sector Captain, under the guidance of the Uniform Division Chief, will supervise the routine patrol of the new area. C.
