AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY
FROM CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS IN THE DEPARTMENT CF
PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
TO OTHER APPROPRIATIONS IN ]HE SAME DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) be and the same is
hereby transferred from Appropriation No.I -2, for Freight in the Street
and Alley Department, tb'Appropriation No.J -10 fbr Materials in the
Street Repair Department.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars (000.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred fran Appropriation No.I -6; for Oil in the
Street and Alley Department, to Appropriation No.J -10 for Materials
in the Street Repair Department.
SECTION 3. That the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) be and the
Ape is hereby transferred from Appropriation No.I -8, for Garage and
Motor Supplies in the Street and Alley Department, to Appropriation
No.J -ld for Materials in the Street Repair Department.
SECTION 4. That the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) be
and the same is hereby transferred frcm Appropriation No.I -9 for
General Supplies in the Street . -jb1ny Department, to Appropriation
No.J -10 for Materials in the Street Repair Department.

same is hereby transferred from Appropriation No.I -11 for Sewer
Materials in the Street and Alley Department, to Appropriation No.J -10
for Materials in the Street Repair Department.
SECTION 6. That the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Three Dollars aid c.
Twenty -seven cents ($153.27) be and the same is hereby transferred from
Appropriation No.I -12A for General Materials in the Street and Alley
Department to Appropriation No.I -12 for Materials in the Street and
Alley Depa rtmen t .
SECTION 7. That the sum of Twenty Nine Hundred F'if'ty Dollars (42950.00)
be and the same is hereby transferred from Appropriation No.I -13 fbr
Parts of Equipment in the Street and Alley Department to Appropriation
No.J -10 for Materials in the Street Repair Department.
SECTION 8. That the sum .o f Two Hundred and Fif ty Dollars ($25O.Oo)
be and the same is hereby transferred from Appropriation No.I -13 ft�r
Parts of Equipment; in the Street and Alley Department to Appropriation
No.I -7 fbr Tires and Tubes in the Street and Alley Department•
SECTION 9. That the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) be and the same is
hereby transferred from Appropriation No.I -14 for Licenses, to Appro-
priation No. I -8A for Office Supplies in the Street and Alley Department,
SECTION 10. That the sum of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred from Appropriation No.I -15 for Motor
Equipment in the Street and Alley Department to Appropriation No.-T-10
for Materials in the Street Repair Department.
SECTION 11. The the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)rbe and the same
is hereby transferred from Ap1ropriation No.J -2 for Freight ia..the
Street Repair Department to Appropriation No.J -10 for Materials in the
Street Repair Department,
SECTION 12. That-the sum of Sevm Hundred Sixty four Dollars and
Sixty Onet-Gents ($7,64.61) be and the same is hereby transferred from
Appropriation No.J -6-for Gasoline in the Street Repair Department to
Appropriation No.J -10 for MatErials in the Street Repair Department,
SECTION 13. This ordinance shall be in Sall force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
